Intro to the ONE Journey: Who are you? What are you doing here? The ONE Journey is really about these two questions. Understand how these questions will be discovered and uncovered throughout the Journey. A forgiveness practice and Genesis 1-3 are foundational to this process.

The foundational declaration of Stage 1 is: let there be light! The Spirit of God created all of life through these foundational words. You and I are made to live in the light because we are made of light. A reading from Colossians 1. Explore what it means to think we are alienated from God. How do we process our thought life? How do we share in the thoughts of God? Bring your questions and come as you are!

Every stage of the One Journey includes the core practice of Forgiveness. It brings true freedom and authenticity to your life. How can we practice forgiveness easily in bite size pieces everyday and why would we want to?

A “How to” guided forgiveness exercise. Ask Jesus who it would help you to forgive. Ask Jesus to help you make a list of what is owed. Ask Jesus to help you and let Jesus pay. Release the person, group or situation from your judgment, entrusting them to the one just judge.

Our minds are constantly processing information and input. Our brains are the main communication center of our bodies. God is speaking and the processing of that communication will happen in your thoughts/mind. How can we discern the difference between random thoughts and the still small voice of God?

An exercise in processing thoughts with God. This will help you regardless of where you find yourself today. If you are deep in thought, distracted, triggered, clear minded - it doesn’t matter. What matters is that you show up honest for this practice.

God built into your life this reality: you are grounded. You can find your footing! And under your feet - built into the ground - is seed full of the potential for life abundant - trees, fruit and more seed. What in your life needs to be planted like seed and watered? Can we recognise the power of the ground that God has put beneath our feet?

We have everything we need now, but it hasn’t always felt that way has it? We aren’t sure if we’ll have all we need for what is to come in 10 minutes. It is tiring to live life worried about whether there will be enough. Forgiving life includes releasing ourselves from the impossible burden of making sure life turns out right. This is not my job or yours, but as humans we like to try. God alone is the judge of life and the provider - life is accountable to God, not to us. Write an honest letter to life.

Use these movements everyday to help you remember the creative flow of life that God designed for us to thrive in. Remember to remind yourself of what is real - what God has done in creation wasn’t just real in the beginning…it’s real and true and happening today.

When your core question and curiosity move you - joy and alignment happen. God created it to work this way. Joy to the brain is this: someone is glad to be with me. Belonging shapes our lives. Ask Jesus how your core question has functioned to create joy and alignment for you? Understanding this natural flow will help you see the beauty and uniqueness of your life.

Let there be lights that shine in the vault to serve as signs for the seasons! What a statement. God’s words are expansive, directive and they bring light to the areas of our life that seem like a void. Creation displays the expansiveness of God’s universe. Ask God about the areas of your life that feel void.

These movements are simple but will help you remember the incredible power of the movement of God’s design in creation. Remind yourself - body, heart and mind - of God’s creative flow of life in your life now. Eyes closed, notice the light and open slowly. Breathe and notice the separation of your breath. Feel the ground under your feet. Stretch up to the sky.

Your guide to forgiving other people. In our lives, we’ve experienced so much together - we have so much to be grateful for, so much to remember, so much to enjoy and so much to forgive. Forgiveness is an essential piece of your life - let’s practice!

Just like beauty, joy and alignment has been birthed from our core question, so has a false sense of success and stress when our core drivers functioned in unhealthy ways. Seeing this helps us become aware of what we want to choose in the here and now. There is a path that leads to life, it’s important to recognize what leads to stress rather than to joy in life. The authentic you has deep desires that are God-given. They aren’t shameful or selfish, they are built into you for your own good and to bring beauty and life into the earth. Like the birds in the sky, the fish in the sea, the air that surrounds you and the ocean’s waves - there is abundance all around us. The world was created from the abundance of God’s love, life and creativity - it’s part of who you and I are as children of God. Let’s listen to God to discover how abundantly God has been available to us throughout our lives. Let Jesus remind you of a time you felt full of life.

What story gets in the way of our ability to see, enjoy and engage the abundance of life? Original creation and blessing precedes the story of original sin. Part of the burden of original sin is that the way we view the world is through the lens of lack rather than abundance. And yet, the abundance of creation is real and present for us to discover and see.

Seeing the abundance of our lives enables us to quiet the discontent of “not enough.” Even in the garden of Eden, humans wrestled with the reality of abundance and the concern of lack. We were made in the image of God, the very thing Eve had was the thing she sought: to be like God. If only we could practice seeing what “is” - that we are like God, made in God’s image as children. As humans, we belong to the family of God - there is no other Source of your life. Let’s listen to Jesus dismantle the story of lack.

Hands open, ready to receive and discover all the abundance that God has built into the world around us. It’s at hand now.

The final driver is core flow! Think of flow like you think about what happens as your heart pumps blood to your body - it’s essential for your livelihood. Hear from Jesus about what your core flow is and how it has functioned in your life.

A huge invitation! Welcome to the world of beauty, purpose and intricacy. You arrived here as a co-creator. What is it to move with God in our work? What is it to be present to God as we are present in the world? We join God in the hand-in-hand journey of filling, blessing and multiplying.

Ask Jesus about how your core drivers have enabled you to move with God in the world. Listen as Jesus helps you see how you uniquely function in the world.

When people groups hurt other people groups, everyone suffers. Navigate forgiveness of whole groups of people with Jesus. God has already forgiven, it’s ours to apply. This is a practical way to move in blessing and forgiveness rather than re-creating the trauma of the past.

In 7 Days, God created the heavens and the earth. Rest is the ultimate act of creation. It creates alignment: a recognition of identity - we are humans and God is God. What does surrender look like? What does rest look like? What happens when we let it be? Rest says there’s enough. It’s enough. You’re enough. God’s enough. We need rest to teach us the story of enough.

How can rest be so difficult to engage and yet it feels like a return to home at the same time? Let’s ask Jesus to help us understand how rest has been like home and how it has been foreign to our lives. At the end of this video, you’ll have one simple practice that will foster rest in your life today.

We live from rest not for rest. We live from belonging and not for it. We were designed to be present. How can we relate to the past, present and future from a place of rest? Through redemption, forgiveness, presence and co-creation. You aren’t stuck in the past, you just may be recreating what’s old! It’s time to move in the present freely creating with God and each other.

Release yourself from your past poor resting habits. Time to release control, forgive the past and move into the gift of surrender, the gift of being a human. Ask Jesus to help you lean into the creative grace of rest as a lifestyle - you cannot try to be God and rest at the same time. What in your life could benefit from real rest?

Your core drivers are a roadmap for eating from the tree of life instead of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. Life trumps judgment everytime. Creative flow happens when we move from connection instead of control. Our journey as humans was designed for integration into the flow of creation as established by God in Genesis 1.
